Neutral Back to School Look :)

Hello Stellar Streakers, (as in the beagle, not people running around nude.)
Today I'm going to show you how to do a neutral makeup look using high end products (expensive, I know, but this is the only look I know by heart).
~Face
1. Cleanse your face. Streak uses Clean and Clear Deep Action Cream Cleanser ($5.49, CVS)
2. Apply your moisturizer. Streak uses Nivea Creme ($.99 for travel tin, Rite Aid)
3. Apply a mineral foundation of your choice. Streak uses Bare Minerals Original Foundation ($25, Ulta) Tap some product into the cap of your mineral makeup. Using a powder sponge, not puff, press sponge into makeup and press onto face in small quick pats. Repeat until desired coverage is achieved.
4. Apply a mineral bronzer of your choice. Streak uses Bare Minerals Warmth ($19, Ulta) Tap some of your mineral bronzer into it's cap. Swirl a fluffy, not dense brush (Streak uses Bare Minerals Flawless Face Brush, $22, Ulta) into it and tap off excess. Sweep across your cheek , chin, forehead, and he bridge of your nose.
5. Apply the mineral translucent setting powder of your choice. Streak uses Bare Minerals Mineral Veil ($19, Ulta) Tap some mineral translucent powder into it's cap and using the other side of the make up sponge you applied your foundation with, dab sponge into the powder in the cap. Dab onto face in smooth, quick motions. Repeat until you have covered your entire face. Congrats! You have finished your Face <3
~Eyes
6. Apply a cream eyeshadow base with your ring finger on the lid of your eye and under the eye. Streak uses MAC's Painterly Paint Pot ($16.50, MAC Counter)
7.Using a small shader brush (Streak uses Sonia Kashuk Concealer Brush, but they do not sell the version anymore, so she suggests Sonia Kashuk Medium Eyeshadow Brush, $5.99, Target) swipe MAC eyeshadow in All That Glitters ($14.50, MAC Counter) onto lids.
8. Using an angled eyeliner brush (Streak uses Sonia Kashuk Angled Eyeshadow Brush, $4.99, Target) apply MAC eyeshadow in Sable ($14.50, MAC Counter) starting from the outer edge of the lashline to the crease, keeping on the lid, not far out, and brushing into the crease about 3/4 of the way in.
9. Using a fluffy blending brush (Streak uses Sonia Kashuk Crease Shadow Brush, $5.99, Target) apply more Sable using the line you made as a guide, blending inward, creating a smoked out affect.
10. After wiping it off, apply MAC eyeshadow in Expensive Pink ($14.50, MAC Counter) on the lower lash line, a fourth of the way in using short, thin, strokes.
11. Apply a black, waterproof eyeliner on your waterline. Streak uses Urban Decay 24/7 Eyeliner Pencil in Zero, $17, Ulta.
12. Apply Black Mascara to the upper and lower lashes. Streak uses Smashbox Bionic Mascara in Black, $19, Ulta) Congrats! You have finished your eyes <3
~Lips
13. Apply a lip balm of your choice. Streak uses Burt's Bees Beeswax Lip Balm, $9.99 for a four pack, Target.
14. Lightly dab a gold lipstick straight from the tube. Streak uses Avon's Beyond Color Plumping Lip Color SPF 15 with Double the Retinol in Sugar Cane, on sale for $3.99, regularly $8, avon.com.
